Scarface (1983), directed by Brian De Palma, follows the rise and fall of Tony Montana (Al Pacino), a Cuban immigrant who becomes a powerful drug lord in Miami. The film begins with Tonyβs arrival in the city in 1980, seeking a better life, but quickly diving into the criminal world.
