Set in the Oklahoma Territory in 1906, Old Henry follows a reclusive farmer named Henry McCarty who lives a quiet life with his teenage son, Wyatt. Their isolated routine is suddenly interrupted when they discover a wounded stranger, Curry, along with a bag full of cash. Against his better judgment, Henry takes Curry in and tends to his injuries, sparking a series of events that brings danger to their doorstep.

Soon, a group of men claiming to be lawmen, led by the intimidating Sam Ketchum, arrive in search of Curry. Their threatening presence raises suspicions, and Henry must quickly decide who to trust.
