Ruth (Serayah McNeill), once a rising R&B sensation in Atlanta, returns home after a personal tragedy shakes the foundation of her world. With fame behind her and grief pressing in, she finds herself rebuilding not just her life—but her identity.

Struggling to stay grounded, Ruth accepts a humble job at a small-town church, where the hymns speak to something buried deep within her. It’s there she meets Boaz (Tyler Lepley), a soft-spoken mechanic with his own quiet burdens. His family garage is falling apart, and so is he—until a connection begins to spark between two hearts scarred by loss but open to something more.
